Congratulations! You took the plunge to invest in your body.
Now it’s time to take care of that investment.

You've successfully tackled the initial phase, which is often perceived as the simplest part of the journey. Now, the real challenge lies ahead – maintaining consistency and adhering to your new routine, which can be both demanding and easy to forget. Nevertheless, it's vital that you remain steadfast in your commitment. Short-term and long-term aftercare practices play a pivotal role in preserving your hard-earned results and optimizing the effectiveness of our treatments. To support your success, we've provided some straightforward guidelines below. By following these simple steps, you can ensure the continued success of your efforts and maximize the benefits of our treatments.

  • Increase Water Intake

Water plays an indispensable role in the body contouring process, particularly when it comes to the elimination of fat cells. Our approach closely aligns with the body's natural waste management system, known as the lymphatic system, which effectively rids the body of unwanted toxins, excess fluids, and cellular waste.

During your session, we employ a range of techniques that not only break down and transform fat into a liquid state but also synergize with your body, facilitating the accelerated expulsion of these undesired fat cells. In fact, our specialized technique enhances this process by nearly 20%.

It's important to note that the more water you consume, the swifter this elimination process occurs, leading to expedited and noticeable results. Ensuring adequate hydration is not only conducive to your overall well-being but also serves as a catalyst for the swift and effective transformation you seek.

  • Make Dietary Changes

When we recommend that you make “dietary changes” we do not mean go on a diet or starve yourself. We only want you to make healthier choices. Do not restrict yourself. Indulge and limit yourself.

Although there are some suggestions that you might want to think twice about the next time you think about eating or drinking.

    1) Avoid sugary drinks. these are the most fattening items you can put in your body

    2) Avoid junk food. These foods are engineered to trigger your pleasure sensors and they trick your brain into wanting more

    3) Avoid eating out. Not only do you save money, but restaurants tend to include ingredients to enhance the flavor. Most of the time these added ingredients probably don’t add too much nutritional value

    4) Try to meal prep. Have healthy food and snacks prepared to avoid unhealthy snacking.

    5) Eat veggies and fruits. These items can fill you up and have so many added nutritional value

    6) Increase protein intake. High protein intake can boost metabolism significantly.
BONUS: This can also help reduce cravings!

  • Get Active

We all know that life can get busy and for most getting active is the absolute last thing on the to-do list. I promise you even 15 to 20 minutes of daily exercise is better than nothing! You will thank me later when you see how much your confidence has grown, your motivation increases, and overall you feel better.

If you are coming in for a butt lift we do recommend that you dedicate 2-3 days to a glute-focused exercise per week. This should be down between appointments and once the treatment plan is complete. This will ensure that you are growing and strengthening the desired area.

Cardio exercise is essential for fat reduction sessions. This will allow you to burn even more fat, which can be expelled through sweating and even through breathing. A simple speed walks for 20 min daily would even be beneficial. Again, this should be done throughout your sessions and after the treatment plan is complete.

Please note that all of these changes should be carried on and included in your daily lives even after treatment is complete.

This will allow you to maintain your results for as long as possible. However, maintenance appointments are recommended 1x per month or every other month.

Mediocre aftercare means mediocre results. Stay consistent!
